Rather than giving the Israeli state 20 free Stealth bombers in exchange for a 90-day West Bank/East Jerusalem development freeze, the U.S. government ought to cut off the supply of spare parts and armaments for Israeli F15 jets and Apache attack helicopters. That would focus their attention. The Obama government has offered only tepid and symbolic censure of Israel’s clumsy Palestinian policy. Nothing will change until the Israelis understand that you can’t peacefully enjoy what has been taken by force..."
